As part of the De-Centred Shakespeare Network, an international production of 'Pericles' was developed by Dr Henry Bell and Dr Steve Collins (UWS, Scotland), Cena IV-Shakespeare Company (Sao Paulo, Brazil), Salaam Shakespeare Naatak Company (Mumbai, India) and Act For Change (Jamestown, Ghana).

Extracts were adapted and translated accordingly by the three companies, with linking narration devised from the original text of Gowar by UWS students. Creative Producer Ben Crystal led a week of workshops to develop these segments. At the end of the week, these were added to a live-stream and performed simultaneously at an in-person event at the Ayr campus.
